High Grade Coffee opened on Fulton Street with a single conviction: the best coffee doesn't need noise. No loud music, no flashing menus, no rush. Just beans we trust, roasted within miles of here, and prepared by people who care about the details.
We source directly from farms in Ethiopia, Colombia, and Guatemala. Each origin has a story — and we make sure that story reaches your cup. Our roaster works in small batches so every bag hits the same mark, batch after batch.
The space itself was designed the same way: stripped back, intentional, calm. If you need a place to think, read, or simply sit with a good cup, you've found it.
